About Roger Anthony
Roger Anthony is Founder and Chief Crocodile Officer of Crocodiles Not Waterlilies,™. He is the author of Now I Understand: Pearls of Wisdom for One's Pathway of Mastery™ and co-author of the recently published The Tall Poppy Ship™. He is also an Athlete and Gold Medal winner at Australian Academy of Boxing Speedball Championship in 1993.
Roger has created a suite of training programs covering subjects such as Personal and Team Leadership, Assertiveness Techniques, Stress Management, Sales and Relationship Building, Communications, and Organizational Transformation. Amongst these, is its highly acclaimed Self Leadership Team Dynamics™ program which has been hailed as one of the most powerful and effective Personal Leadership programs in the world!
Utilizing Crocodiles' proprietary Learning Methodology, over 20,000 participants have recorded an average of 92% retention of principles learnt – compared to an industry standard of only about 15%. This program has been offered by Australia's premier Corporate Training Organization, the Australian Institute of Management in Melbourne, for 11 consecutive years! The Institute conducts 13 of Crocodiles' training programs each year.
A dynamic and entertaining Keynote Speaker, Roger Anthony has motivated audiences to standing ovations throughout the world with his energetic delivery, signature and symphonic "Crocoball" (speedbag/speedball) demonstration. He has been ranked amongst the league of speakers like Tom Hopkins, Bob Proctor, and Mark Victor Hansen.
In 2000, Roger opened the US arm of Crocodiles not Waterlilies. After 15 years in the corporate training sector, the company has expanded into educating children with the focus of “education through entertainment”. Consequently, it is producing a series of high adventure cartoon video clips, story books, games, movies and related products, aimed at enriching values and teaching children how to make wise choices in a world of abundant opportunities.
Amongst Roger's Australian clients are the National Australian Bank, Dept of Employment, Education, Training and Youth Affairs, Bristol Myers-Squibb Pharmaceuticals and IIR Conferences. US Clients include Utah Judicial Institute, Utah League of Cities and Towns, Intermountain Health Care, Family Financial Education Foundation, Heritage Schools, Powerquest and Salt Lake Community College.
