staff of two in 1997, the division grew to 14 full-time agents and executives. Conducted intensive new media market forecasting analysis establishing an unprecedented 100% track record for accuracy. Developed and analyzed various business models, market and branding strategies for various high-end corporate clients. Successfully developed entire new revenue source for the firm.

Built this company, one of the first interactive design firms in the USA, from scratch, soon developing a partnership with British Design firm. Grew company to over 80 employees. Responsible for all operations of company including corporate infrastructures, branding strategy, market positioning, sales and pitch strategies and staffing. Clients included Mercedes Benz, TetraPak, Sony, Levis Jeans, Motorola, Nissan, JVC, Coca-Cola, Mustang Jeans, Sun Microsystems, Champion International and many others. Company was sold to Saatchi and Saatchi in 1998
· Established this first of its kind consulting firm, generating $4.6 million within two years.
· Built websites, sales & marketing CD's, communication systems for conventions.

TEACHING
Errol Gerson teaches Business Management at the Art Center College of Design for over 30 years, as well as at the University of Southern California. Errol has taught over 6,500 students and is the only teacher who has accomplished 100 semesters of uninterrupted teaching over those 30 years. He is the recipient of the first Legacy Teaching Award given at graduation 2004. Errol's class has consistency received the highest levels of student approval, and the class is one of the most popular classes at Art Center. The class covers every aspect of successfully owing and operating a business involved in the Visual Arts, from Accounting to Financial Management, from Investments to Income Tax and from Sales and Marketing to Goal Planning and Success Management techniques. |
