About Tim Trainor
Tim Trainor is a CEO Space Club President Northern Nevada. He is also a CEO Space Mentor and Coach. He helps businesses in development and with Capital formation. As a coach, he has improved team building and performance.
Mr. Trainor's personal mission is to create communities that honestly and correctly define the difficult problems they face. Then, it is a burning desire to create customized and germane education and systemic solutions, as well as to develop teams for process analysis and implementation, in order to best address a given challenge, obstacle or change goal. This mission is best characterized and accomplished by developing, funding, promoting and utilizing the best possible interventions—involving technologies, philosophies and systems that inform, educate and inspire. The emphasis is to innovate, develop and implement new, unique solutions to difficult problems. These systems involve education and performance philosophies, as well as learning and development technologies—Examples of these building blocks are implementing needs analysis, performance and output assessment, evaluation, and validation systems. The preferred, underlying methodology is to communicate and promote collaboration mindsets, systems and practices . This cultivates leadership with vision and the courage to promote facing the truth, which give rise to discovering and implementing best practices and best solutions—rising above politics and competition in both the public and private sectors.
With his technical, entrepreneurial development and performance improvement background, as well as having taught in public and private schools, Mr. Trainor is keenly aware of our education systems' instructional-delivery shortcomings, and is an active proponent for such education interventions as Super Teaching (TM). He is co-founder of the nonprofit organization: Strategic Education, Enterprise and Economic Development (“S.E.E.E.D.”) Initiative.
Most recently, Tim began serving as the Nevada State Director for CEO Space, an entrepreneur development organization that is designed to support non- and for-profit corporations, associations and governmental entities, management, and other organizations to exceed their desired levels of success. He has found a great way to support these organizations through CEO Space's member network—by offering systems and memberships for elevating business-owner skill sets, expanding customer base, facilitating higher quality contacts for members, as well as other resources to facilitate and execute strategic-alliances, contracts, developing capital, etc.—with the main emphasis on better plans and better teams to accelerate implementation.
